What To Expect:
With this plan, our advisor would first organise a “learning walk” around the school to drop into lessons and ascertain the overall needs of the school. We would then design a bespoke plan for your particular school needs. This could involve starting work with particular Heads of Department to bring about lesson improvement plans for example, which can be instigated by each department. Our advisor would then spend one entire day per week in the school for an entire term, in order to work with the senior management team to ensure that the particular needs of your school are addressed and met.
